Exhibitor Marketing Toolkit

We’re delighted that you’ll be joining us for AVEX International 2017 at the NEC, Birmingham from 12-13 September.  It is the ideal opportunity for launching new products, generating leads, building brand awareness, capturing media coverage, engaging with existing clients and acquiring new customers. To help leverage your investment, we have a range of tools to help you communicate with your customers, suppliers, members, staff and the media. Your key messages may include:

  • You’ll be exhibiting at AVEX International 2017
  • What you’ll be doing at the show
  • Which products you’ll be displaying
  • Any new products you are launching
  • Any anniversaries you may be marking
  • Anything you will be showing/doing on your stand for the first time
  • If you are running a competition
  • Any show offers you will have
  • Any special guests/experts you will have on your stand



Please share any of the above information you may have with us by emailing our Communications Manager, Charlotte Wilson ( By doing so we will share the information in our newsletter and social media activity, plus we will include it in our weekly industry press updates. We would particularly like to receive photographs of products you will have displayed at the show and any relevant video content you may have that we can use.

If you like, comment and retweet our posts we can work together to spread the word! When sharing posts about AVEX 2017 on social media make sure you tag our Twitter account @AvexIntl in your tweets and add the hashtag #AVEX2017, this will help increase the visibility of your posts and generate more interest in your activity. Similarly you can create your own AVEX themed hashtag, just be sure to tag us in the post and we’ll share it!
